​What You Get

• One hour and 15 minutes of fun instructed gymnastics with a certified coach.
• 45 minutes in our party room to have cake and open gifts.
• Fee includes up to 12 children, where each additional child is $6.
• Non-refundable deposit of $25 due at the time of booking.
• Time slots are available 1:15pm, 2:45pm or 4:15pm

Our Current Policies​

• Ensure that all participants remain in the party room until the end of the party.  No running around in the gym or other rooms upstairs.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the washroom facilities.
• Children are asked to wait on the bleachers until the party begins.
• Please assist with the cleaning of the party room by removing all food and garbage. 
• There is a $25 deposit at the time of booking which is non-refundable.​

SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY GROUP BOOKINGS
QCGC is happy to provide services to daycares, schools and community groups who would like a little exercise and fun. Bookings can be made for one-time or weekly outings.

One adult helper must be made available for every 10 children for all groups except elementary and high schools, where a physical education teacher must be present.

Prices - $7/child

• Minimum $60 charge per booking.
• All bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged $50.
• Discounts available for additional bookings.

SPECIALTY BOOKINGS
Want to do something different instead of the same old thing every year? Try Gymnastics! We have bookings available for Christmas Parties, Graduations, Year End, and Wind Ups. Each booking consists of one or two hours on the floor with a certified coach teaching the fundamentals of artistic gymnastics.


*Booking times vary according to space and availability of coaches. Payment must be made to QCGC prior to gym time.
