Job Posting-Office Administrator

Purpose of Position:
The Office Administrator, reporting to the QCGC Board of Directors, oversees the administration, finance and human resource functions for Queen City Gymnastics club (hereinafter, the “Club”). The goal of the position manages all aspects of Club communication, administration, accounting/finance, human resources, and includes facilitating and participating in planning processes for budgeting, tracking and managing performance, and keeping personnel files and policies up to date.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 Years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, QuickBooks, and Payroll
· 3-5 Years of experience in an administrative role
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
· Preferred Experience with Amilia
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
