What is your favorite aspect of coaching
- Favorite thing about coaching is watching an athlete struggle on a skill for so long and when they finally get it, it's pure happiness! It's absolutely amazing to watch them light up and see them just so proud of themselves, and that moment when they turn to look at me to see my reaction which is typically an excitement level of 10! And when I say "I'm so proud of you" they just get the biggest smile.  Every time that moment happens I know I'm just building a happy and confident kid.  Those little moments are why I'm a coach
