Important Information

Refunds: ​Invitational Refunds will be granted, minus a $25 admin fee with a medical note, as per the deadline outlined in our perspective meet packages. NO direct emails from the families, only clubs.
Level Changes: No level changes will be accepted after the cut off date, indicated in our perspective meet packages.  Any changes before that date can be made via email at no extra charge, subject to availability. NO changes will be accepted at the meet.
Technical & Equipment: As per Saskatchewan and Canadian Technical Regulations, Canadian CPP Manual, and GCG Youth Document. All equipment is Spieth Anderson & AAI. Clubs may bring their own beat boards.
