Applicable to all refunds:
- Refund requests are date sensitive and will not be accepted after the program has ended
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment
Gymnastics Classes:
Queen City Gymnastics will provide partial refunds in accordance to the following Refund Policy.
- GymSask membership fees are non-refundable if the session has already started
- If the session has not started, new members are eligible for a full refund of the GymSask membership fee
- If the session has not started, all members are eligible for a refund of the full session cost (not including membership) minus an admin fee of $25.00
- There will be a prorated refund for the first 2 weeks of the season. There will be a $25.00 admin fee per athlete applied
- No refunds will be offered after the 3rd class has started (week 3), only partial credits to be used on future classes.
- If Queen City Gymnastics cancels the class, members will receive a full refund. No admin fee will be applied.
- The only exception to this policy is for withdrawals due to medical reasons when a valid doctor’s note has been submitted to management. In this case, there would be no admin fee applied.
